Nickel alloy wires offer excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature stability and strong mechanical properties, making them ideal for use in harsh environments such as chemical processing, power generation, aerospace and marine industries. ER-NiCrMo-4 is used for the welding of alloys that have similar chemical compositions, this includes dissimilar materials of nickel-base alloys, steels and stainless steels.

1. MTSCO's ERNiCrMo-4, a nickel alloy solid wire, is used for welding steels of similar chemical composition as well as dissimilar materials consisting of nickel base alloys, steels and stainless steels.
2. Due to its high molybdenum content, it offers excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion and is therefore often used for cladding applications.
3. Due to the extremely low carbon content and non-metallic inclusions of ERNiCrMo-4, this metal has very good corrosion resistance, and also has good corrosion resistance in high temperature environments.
