Nickel alloy wires offer excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature stability and strong mechanical properties, making them ideal for use in harsh environments such as chemical processing, power generation, aerospace and marine industries. Alloy 82 (ERNiCr-3 ) is used for the welding of alloys 600, 601, 690, 800 and 800HT etc.

Application
1. ERNiCr-3 used for welding nickel-based alloys, high temperature and creep steel, heat-resistant steel and low temperature steel, dissimilar steel welding, low alloy steel repair, etc.
2. Ferritic-austenitic steel connections with operating temperatures greater than +300°C and welding applications that do not require post-weld heat treatment. It is suitable for manufacturing pressure vessels with an operating temperature range of -196°C to +550°C, and resists oxidation and peeling within +1200°C (sulfur-free conditions).
3. Resistant to embrittlement and thermal cracking, when welding dissimilar steels, and low carbon diffusion during high-temperature heat treatment.
