Nickel Alloy C276 Welding Wire is a high performance welding consumable consisting of alloying elements of nickel, chromium, molybdenum and tungsten. The wire has excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and oxidation and is able to withstand corrosive media, including sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, chlorides and oxides. At the same time, it remains stable in high-temperature environments and is able to withstand welding stresses under extreme temperature conditions. It is suitable for welding needs in a variety of corrosive environments and high temperature applications.

Application:

MTSCO's ERNiCrMo-4, a nickel alloy solid wire, is used for welding steels of similar chemical composition as well as dissimilar materials consisting of nickel base alloys, steels and stainless steels. 2. Due to its high molybdenum content, it offers excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion and is therefore often used for cladding applications. 3. Due to the extremely low carbon content and non-metallic inclusions of ERNiCrMo-4, this metal has very good corrosion resistance, and also has good corrosion resistance in high temperature environments.

Quality Control:

Raw Materials: MTC checking(PMI), Tensile strength test, Surface/Dimension inspection
Production: Specially assigned person shall follow up and check according to the process flow card, and finally keep the copy
Before shipment: Mechanical properties test, Surface/Dimension inspection, or according to customers’ requirement
