AWS A5.14 ERNiFeCr-1 Welding Wire Nickel Alloy ER825 Welding Filler
1. MTSCO's ERNiCrMo-4, a nickel alloy solid wire, is used for welding steels of similar chemical composition as well as dissimilar materials consisting of nickel base alloys, steels and stainless steels.
2. Due to its high molybdenum content, it offers excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion and is therefore often used for cladding applications.
3. Due to the extremely low carbon content and non-metallic inclusions of ERNiCrMo-4, this metal has very good corrosion resistance, and also has good corrosion resistance in high temperature environments.

Application
1. The high nickel content gives the alloy effective resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
2. It has good corrosion resistance in various media, such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid and organic acids, alkali metals such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid solution.
3. The higher comprehensive performance of N08825 is demonstrated in nuclear combustion dissolvers with diverse corrosive media, such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid and sodium hydroxide, all processed in the same equipment.
